Before F2L was even a thought, my life was occupied with the struggles of becoming a better leader. After serving as a civil engineer who designed buildings and mass-transit systems, I served in public office (former Burlington County Commissioner), while also volunteering/serving within my Church. On each of these stops I noticed that the environment demanded me to stretch and grow at an alarming rate. I’m pretty sure that you know that feeling…
Ultimately, I decided to return to school and earn a doctorate in strategic leadership. The insight that I gained seamlessly combined with my work experiences, and unlocked a passion to start developing other leaders. Since that moment, I have consulted with companies, regional non-profit organizations, and as a keynote speaker for global leadership conferences.
